Description

Cent. 15 - Un porto - Trapani 1863, canceling circle of Sardinia c. 1 and Italy c. 2 bistre in strips of 7 (maximum known multiple), n. 19 + 10, on the letter of first port of April 3 for Marsala. Great rarity. There are only three letters known throughout Italy with this multiple. Archival folds passing through the postage on both sides do not detract from the beauty of the whole.
